SCR Accreditations


On 4/25/2018 SCR received a NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) Case Management 2 year accreditation for Long Term Services and Supports. NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. NCQA accredits and certifies a wide range of health care organizations. It also recognizes clinicians and practices in key areas of performance. NCQA is committed to providing health care quality information for consumers, purchasers, health care providers and researchers.

Earning NCQA's Case Management Accreditation is an indication that SCR's Case Management program is dedicated to care coordination, patient-centeredness and improving quality of care: getting the right care to patients. NCQA Accreditation standards are purposely set high to encourage organizations to continuously enhance their quality.
