The Department of Human Services released communication outlining the Service Coordination for the Community Health Choices (CHC) program.  MCOs are mandated to work with Service Coordination Entities for the at least the first 180 days of the CHC program.  After 180 days, MCOs will determine if they will continue to contract this service or provide this service internally.
